My ISTD project is a response to the Weather Dependant brief, and explores the reactive effects across history that have been caused by the weather elements.

What The Elements Said examines seemingly insignificant weather occurrences to discover the significant impacts that these elements have had at both a global and personal scale.

The format, structure and title of the publication relates to the principles of causality, in particular the domino effect reaction theory. Various different aspects of the publication are also connected to the weather elements, with the image treatment
being a direct result of weather exposure, alongside the horizontal binding levels linking exactly to the pressure lines
(hang lines) within the chapters, as examples.
